Health & Fitness!

 
Health and Fitness has been a part of my life for over 22 years.
It all started when I was tinkering with weights at my old stomping ground - City Gym! I was then approached to compete in a Bodybuilding show and it’s been in my blood ever since.
The industry has been very kind to me, as I have been able to make a living from what I love in all different angles such as:
 
- Bonehead sportswear
- A body reshaping coach
- Workshops
- Workout dvds
- Extravaganza Competitions
- Dana Carmont Bikinis
 
Being in this industry has taught me a lot. One of the things that I still stand my ground till this day and that is what I put in my mouth. I am very fussy about what I eat! I am still body conscious as it’s always been a priority for me to keep trim, no matter how busy I am and that all comes down to the food I eat.
 
Food is really important, as that is how you can control your weight gain and weight loss - exercise will help you reshape and tone your body. I have tried every diet under the sun over the past years and you can’t beat eating natural foods to keep trim! I also became a pescatarian 6 years ago and have never felt better!
 
I really miss being a body reshaping coach, as I can see that its simple education on what is good and what is not to make your food choices easy to gain results! As of late, I have been approached to help my previous clients lose weight for certain goals and health reasons, as they preferred my systems to gain the results they were after and has now struck a flame!
